Since 2001, Tim has worked at Innovative as a Manager of Professional Services and Customer Support, a Software Engineering Director and, presently, a Product Management Director. Prior to Innovative, Tim worked as Product Manager and Project Manager for an education-based content provider and has extensive experience working in academic, public and private libraries. Tim has a bachelor’s degree in History from Cal Poly University, San Luis Obispo. He is a recovering workaholic, thanks in no small part to the birth of his daughter six years ago.
