S027-01 - The Flipped Interlibrary Loan Model of Acquisitions: Using “FILL” for Collection Development
Flipped Interlibrary Loan principles include use of ILL data for collection development, emphasizing the value of permanent access, delivery of materials at speeds competitive to ILL, timely communication, and collaboration of ILL and Acquisitions.
