S065 - Family Feud, ER&L Edition

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Come see your favorite librarians and publishers battle it out to see who understands the other the best.  "Family Feud" style questions will address stereotypes commonly held by the two “families” that can affect working relationships.  This session will end with a short panel discussion briefly discussing best practices of how attendees can move past the stereotypes to improve communication.
