This session provides an overview of the e-book initiative established in 2013 by the 56 member Partnership Among SC Academic Libraries (PASCAL) Consortium. PASCAL has overcome challenges and leveraged opportunity to build a successful, sustainable e-book program including licensed and purchased content and a DDA program.
