Feedback Survey

Session will discuss results of survey of academic libraries exploring the frequency of TDM requests from researchers, ability of libraries to accommodate requests, and the impact of these requests upon service capacity. Will also explore the extent libraries are able to negotiate TDM terms in evolving vendor licensing models.
