The challenge of finding an affordable, effective electronic resources management system remains unsolved for many libraries. University of Vermont Libraries is using Microsoft SharePoint to address a range of information needs. This presentation will outline the Libraries' collaborative design approach and the features which make this ERMS work particularly well.

Alana Verminski is the collection development librarian at the Bailey/Howe Library at the University of Vermont. Prior to joining UVM Libraries, she participated in the management of e-resources and discovery at St. Mary's College of Maryland Library. She coauthored Fundamentals of Electronic Resources Management, published in March of 2017 by ALA. She graduated with her MSIS in 2011 from the University of Texas at Austin.
