Texas A&M San Antonio and SCELC are well experienced in negotiating license agreements for electronic resources in their respective spaces. However, working together to negotiate A&M-SA into SCELC's existing consortial licenses posed new challenges which required both organizations to develop new strategies, some more effective than others.
